Welcome to the US Sports Congress Website

The US Sports Congress, entering its eighth year, attracts top level decision-makers from the world of amateur sport. The attendees of this event are senior level executives who represent sport governing bodies, the destinations who desire to host their events as well as industry suppliers. These Rights Holders represent tens of thousands of amateur athletes who participate in their programs. The US Sports Congress prides itself on providing insightful professional development sessions. Our presenters have included individuals from Major League Baseball, ESPN and the PGA to name a few. Join us December 8-10th, 2014 in Savannah for a sport conference like no other...

What our attendee’s excel at is the networking. We’ve created an environment that creates strong partnerships that drive successful events and create opportunities for all those attending. But don't take our word for it. Here's what attendees are saying about the US Sports Congress.

“The US Sports Congress is my absolute favorite and most productive sports trade show due in part to its intimate size and format. The business contacts and relationships that the PDGA has developed there are second to none and our organization has greatly benefitted from them. I’ve attended the US Sports Congress five times and it will always be on our list of conferences that must be attended.” Brian Graham, Executive Director, Pro Disc Golf Association

“I highly recommend attending The US Sports Congress.  As a multi-year attendee and sponsor, I consistently find the US Sports Congress a unique gem among the many.  With an agenda keenly focused on benefiting your organization; through education, fostering and maintaining long-term relationships and invaluable peer-to-peer networking, the Congress has been and will remain on my list of must-attend conferences.” Elek Sebestyen, National Sales Manager, Grand Sierra Resort Reno.

"Over the years, the Association of Chief Executives for Sport has found the US Sports Congress to be a productive, informative and useful event. We highly recommend your participation." Stephen Ducoff, President/CEO, ACES

Changes to Trade Reception Announced

Based on suggestions from our Advisory Board, convened in Colorado Springs earlier this year, the USSC will be making changes to the trade reception. While our attendees embrace the concept of not restricting their time with prospective clients, they do want different ways to connect with them.

Beginning with the Congress this year, the opening session will feature a meet & greet concept where DMO's and Sports Commissions can talk briefly with Rights Holders to set appointments during the USSC. This ensures a clear line of communication and establishes a channel for all our attendees to be more successful in their efforts.
