Session 2 - Creating Purposeful Spontaneity - Lee Kitchen
Lee Kitchen, Innovation Catalyst and former 32-year Disney Cast Member, invites US Sport Congress delegates to take a deep dive into the relationship spontaneity has with fresh thinking, creative problem solving and new ideas. The sports industry’s collective intelligence and enthusiasm has the capability to innovate, create, and contribute more than any single individual among us but getting stuck in our own comfort zones may be holding us back from those cutting-edge products, events, ideas and concepts. Lee will explore different ways each of us can be more spontaneous in our work and personal lives, to awaken our innovative spirit and avoid FOMO (fear of missing out.) He'll showcase how important it is to be more open, inspired, willing, able and ready for this fresh input and how essential it is to innovation within your business and the sports industry, as a whole. WARNING: there may be some spontaneous dancing during this informative, interactive and most of all, FUN keynote!
